We Learn How Your Operation Really Works
We start with a guided look at how leads actually move through your business today, not how the process looks on paper.
Revenue is rarely held back by one thing. Inconsistent follow-up, unclear handoffs, disconnected systems, and too much manual work can quietly slow down a capable team. Averelle helps you find the actual causes, then build a practical plan to fix them, with hands-on help whenever you want it.

We start with a guided look at how leads actually move through your business today, not how the process looks on paper.
We pinpoint where handoffs, follow-up, CRM use, or manual work are slowing your team down, and we note what’s already working well.
A prioritized plan you can use on your own, with optional help putting the improvements in place if you want it.
Most founders can see when a deal is lost. It’s harder to see what’s happening underneath: a lead that sits too long, a handoff that drops context, a follow-up that depends on one person remembering. None of that shows up as a single mistake. It shows up as a slower, less predictable business.
AI and intelligent automation are creating new opportunities for businesses to operate more efficiently. But knowing a tool exists isn’t the same as knowing where it belongs in your operation.
Before implementing technology, we examine the people, processes, and information it needs to support. That might mean automating routine follow-up, improving how your CRM captures information, organizing documentation and internal knowledge, or reducing repetitive administrative work through practical AI integration.
Clear criteria for who moves forward, and prospects who arrive prepared for the conversation
Defined stages, clear ownership, and a reliable next step for every opportunity
CRM structure, templates, reminders, and intelligent automation that support the team
We work best with businesses that already have a sales process and real operational friction. Team size and industry matter less than whether there is something worth strengthening. We work with full-cycle sales teams as well as teams where responsibilities are divided across different roles.
Every engagement starts with understanding how your sales operation really works. Most clients begin with our Sales Operations Audit, a paid diagnostic of one primary sales journey, from the moment a lead enters your business through a closed-won or closed-lost outcome. From there, the plan is yours: use it with your own team, or bring us in to help put it into practice.
A guided diagnostic with you and, if helpful, members of your sales team. We map how leads are captured, qualified, handed off, followed up, and tracked in your CRM, and where deals stall.
Your Personalized Sales Operations Improvement Plan covers what’s working, where the gaps are, and prioritized recommendations, separating confirmed observations from assumptions worth testing. A 30-minute findings call walks you through it.
Customized support to carry the plan forward: process and handoff design, CRM structure and workflows, follow-up and escalation, intake forms, documentation, and practical AI integration and intelligent automation. Scoped around what your business needs.
I’ve built my career in competitive sales environments, from automotive and home improvement to high-ticket education, earning recognition as a high-performing salesperson across multiple roles. What became clear is that sales ability matters, but talent alone doesn’t create consistent performance.
One of my mentors used to say, “The results are in the follow-up.” That lesson changed how I looked at every opportunity: how prospects were qualified, how information was captured, and whether the next step was clearly defined. I didn’t want my results depending on memory, scattered notes, or a prospect calling back, so I built systems that kept me organized and gave every qualified opportunity the attention it deserved.
As I moved through different sales organizations, I saw the same pattern: capable salespeople working around inefficient processes instead of being supported by them. Information got lost, follow-up was inconsistent, and technology went underused. I began applying the principles behind my own performance to broader sales operations, and that combination of frontline experience and systems design became the foundation for Averelle Consulting.
My goal is to help businesses build processes that support consistent performance across the team, so success doesn’t depend on a handful of exceptional individuals holding everything together.
You can’t automate talent. But you can build systems that help talent perform consistently.
In a founder-led business, process problems are rarely invisible. They show up as the founder’s time, the team’s frustration, and revenue that moves slower than it should. That’s an environment I understand well, and one where practical improvements can make a visible difference.
I help make sure they’re working as one.
Here’s what to expect when working with Averelle, from the first conversation through implementation.
Up to two hours of live assessment examining one primary sales journey, from lead capture through a closed-won or closed-lost outcome. Up to three of your salespeople can join if it fits within the session. You receive a Personalized Sales Operations Improvement Plan and one 30-minute findings call. The audit focuses on your sales operation and doesn’t cover payroll, accounting, tax, HR, legal, or compliance matters.
The audit is a paid diagnostic engagement. Applying and attending the initial consultation have no payment requirement. During that consultation we confirm fit and explain the audit’s scope and investment. Any implementation work is scoped and quoted separately, based on what your business needs, and only after you’ve seen the plan.
We confirm your delivery date when your audit is scheduled, so you know what to expect before we begin. After delivery, we meet for your findings call.
No. The improvement plan is yours to keep. You can carry it out with your own team, hand it to an internal operations resource, or ask us to help with part or all of it.
Depending on what the audit finds, that might include qualification and handoff processes, CRM structure and workflows, follow-up and escalation, intake forms, documentation, and practical AI integration and intelligent automation. Every project is defined around specific outcomes and a clear scope.
Yes. We work alongside internal operations, RevOps, and sales-management teams, and the plan is written so they can use it.
